Abstract:
The present report describes one of the priority projects of the International Law Committee of the Danish Red Cross, concerned with the establishment of a systematic review mechanism regarding states' obligation to implement international humanitarian law into their national legal systems. The report is meant to generate support among governments and to stimulate further constructive thought on the establishment of the Voluntary Review Procedure.
