Section A discusses the forms and effect of male-directed sexual violence and the barriers survivors face to accesssing services and justice. In Section B, the international legal framework applicable to sexual violence and how this relates to male-directed sexual violence is discussed. Section C describes conflict-related secual violence against mene and boys in 2013.
