International Criminal Court Act 2006 [31st October, 2006] : an act to provide for the punishment by courts in the State and by courts-martial of genocide, crimes against humanity, war crimes and other offences within the jurisdiction of the International Criminal Court, which was established under the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court, done at Rome on 17 July 1998 ; to enable effect to be given to requests by that Court for assistance in the investigation or prosecution of those offences, including requests to arrest and surrender persons, to freeze assets and to enforce any fines or forfeitures imposed by it ; to make provision in relation to any sittings of the Court that may be held in the State ; and to provide for related matters
