Abstract:
This edition of the compendium is the second print-out of information contained in the data bases established by the ICVA secretariat following the voluntary agency consultation on the Indochinese refugee problem which ICVA organized on July 18-19, 1979 in Geneva. The material on voluntary agency assistance to Indochinese refugees which was contained in the December 1979 compendium has been completely revised and updated. Furthermore, the new edition includes a short annex on voluntary agency assistance in Kampuchea.
