Proceedings of the conference on customary international humanitarian law
[Tehran] : [Majd publications], [2009?]
The speaker analyzes the most important fields of international criminal - namely criminalization of acts committed in armed conflicts; criminal responsibility; and jurisdiction - to determine the relevance of custom. Or in other words, to answer the question : could one refer to the existence of practice while invoking national legislations or decisions of international tribunals or both, and thus prove the existence of custom as a source of international criminal law?
