How far these objections were taken into consideration by the Diplomatic Conference? Concerns of India during the drafting of Additional Protocols herein have not been presented in chronological order of the discussions instead attempt has been made to understand the India's stand on these Protocols. Are the reasons advanced for non-ratification valid even today? in what ways will the legal situation change in India were she to become a party to the Additional Protocols to the Geneva Conventions?
