Abstract:
Les situations de violence et de conflit sur le territoire d'un Etat exigent très souvent la mise en oeuvre de normes internationales d'origines différentes, notamment, d'une part, les règles internationales protégeant les droits de l'homme et d'autre part, le DIH. Cet article tente d'esquisser une approche commune qui engloberait non seulement les deux domaines mentionnés, mais encore le droit des réfugiés et les règles internationales relatives à l'intervention humanitaire.
