Abstract:
Rapport de la Commission du droit international humanitaire de la XXIIème Conférence internationale de la Croix-Rouge (Téhéran 1973) établi par le CICR à l'intention de la Conférence diplomatique convoquée pour 1974. Il comporte le compte rendu analytique des travaux de la Commission du droit humanitaire consacrés aux projets de Protocoles, le texte des propositions d'amendements à ces Protocoles, le rapport présenté par la Commission du droit humanitaire à l'assemblée pleinière et le texte des résolutions adoptées par la Conférence à propos desdits Protocoles.
